These dancing toys are reproductions of a line of similar toys manufactured by the National Toy Company of Boston, MA around 1910 to 1925. The figures are either of our own design or very similar to ones that were actually produced in that time period. The bases interchange with the original toys and original figures can also work with our toys.

These toys are made just like the original ones using the exact same materials and represent over 50 years (yes - 50!) experience on our part making these items. They work smoothly and dance gracefully. You will not be disappointed; satisfaction guaranteed!

This particular toy is for use on antique phonographs that played 78 RPM records. These record players were very popular from about 1905 until about 1925. Common types included: Victor, Victrola, Columbia, Graphonola, Sonora, Silvertone, and countless others. Remember, these toys require the record center spindle to rotate with the turntable.

If you own one of these marvelous antique 78 RPM phonographs, why not add to the experience with one of these exciting and entertaining toys?

Please note: As with the originals, the base mechanism for these phonograph toys incorporate a painted cast lead weight. As such, these toys are not intended for use by children but rather for antique phonograph owners.
